Education Field Studies

Field Experience programs are central to preservice courses within the Faculty of Education. Preservice teachers enrolled in the Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Education/Double Degree, Bachelor of Education - Graduate programs and the Graduate Diploma in Education will complete field experiences in a range of settings relevant to their course across the Early Childhood, Primary, Middle and Secondary areas. All field experiences must be undertaken in specified periods of time as set on the calendar with at least one of these in a Queensland school.

The Field Experience Calendar sets out the date blocks and internship periods for each field studies unit over the three academic semesters.
